Hello. Is it possible for an administrator to enter a promo code directly in the system on behalf of a registrant?
Our event is setup as not approved, so once a registrant is approved, they receive an email with a link to pay where they can enter the promo code. However, I am wondering whether I can just enter it for them in the backend.
That’s a great question, I’m afraid currently there isn’t a promo code input field in the backend. We plan on adding one after some higher priority tickets are completed.
I do not, but I can update this thread once there’s some progress made on this task.
