Promotional codes not working at all

Hi there –

Okay pretty basic.

Customers are calling saying that their coupon code is not accepted.

I go and check – and the promo codes are set to “no” on the event.

I change it to “yes” and click up date.

Then I look back again. And it looks like nothing has changed.

I looked to see if I needed to update or activate anything and I don’t see anything wrong.

Please help.

Are you saying the “Yes” option is not saving in the event editor or that you don’t see any change in the registration pages? Are you using the MER shopping cart registration process or the regular registration process?
