Promotional Code – Discounts not Applying on Cart Checkout.
It will not apply the discounts for any codes we have created.. example code “ss10” should apply 10% off… nothing changes even on refresh.

Can you check to see if the event in question is set to allow the specific promo code?

Hi Josh , I have checked all those settings:
All of our events are set to accept all offers by default – globally .
the promo code “111” i s$1 off … the code”ss10″ is 10% off . The cart is not updating the price when entered and/or refreshed.

Hi there,
Thanks for checking. I checked one of the events and the codes are discounting the amount when I use them. Is there another event I should try?

Yikes! There were a few tours that had promos off! Always good to have your expertise. Thanks for the help . I have this fixed now.
