Hello Developer Team,
“Promotions: Add Ticket scope to promotion”
This change was in the most popular requested features since way bay in 2017.

Has it been applied to any version of EE4?

Hi,
That’s actually the ninth most popular, unless you don’t count features currently being worked on, then it’s the fifth.
In any case, there is a filter hook that allows for setting the promotion scope to a ticket only. Here’s a link to a code example that shows how:
