Hi,
I installed the promotions add-on option with the intentions of using a discount code when the total value is over a specified amount. I might be blind, I can not locate a field where I can specify that the promotion code is valid only if the total value of a registration is over a fixed amount.
Please let me know; was I just blind and where should I define such properties or is this feature not supported?

I’m afraid the feature you describe was not actually built as part of the Promotions add-on. You’ll find a description of its features on its product page and wiki pages:

Good morning Josh,
Thank you for your quick reply.
Would you be able to offer some advice as to how I might achieve my goal:
I have an event with multiple tickets. Adult $85, youth $25, Children Free.
Someone can register multiple persons for a ticket, for example in a family.
2 adults, 1 youth, 1 child.
What I want to do is have a discount of the total value of the registration is over a set $ amount. How can I achieve this using EE4?

Hi there,
In order to achieve this using EE4 you’ll need to contract with a developer to build an extension to the promotions add-on. Ideally the developer will have some experience with building plugins and the WordPress plugin API. We have a list of recommended developers who can give you a quote:
