The “Uses” column of the Event Espresso – Promotions -> Promotions Overview page appears that it should be indicating the number of times each promotion code has been used. Unfortunately the numbers we are seeing do not match those obtained by exporting a registrations report to CSV and looking at the Transaction Promotions column.
Is this a known bug or is it possible that we have something configured incorrectly on our end?

I’m not aware of a bug in the promotions system uses value, can you add some details on what differences you see between the values?

Hi Tony,
According to the CSV report we have many codes that have been used multiple times with several used about 10 times. When I look at the data presented in the Promotions Overview the highest usage I see is 2 and strangely that is for a code that only shows one usage in the CSV.
If I sort by that column in the Promotions Overview it does change the order but it is not actually sorting by the numbers presented.
I would attempt to debug the code that pulls that data but I don’t even know where to begin.

A promotion code usage showing higher than the CSV can happen if a user uses a promotion code on the transaction but doesn’t complete, the promotion code is still applied to the transaction when it is submitted and so the usage count increments.
As for the rest, I can’t think of a reason for that, mind if I take a look in the admin to see if anything stands out?
