promotion code per ticket, not per event

I see promo codes currently apply to the entire event or cart on checkout, so a $50 promo off of ten $100 tickets leaves a total of $950, not $500 as desired.

Do we have a way to make a code apply per-ticket?

If it is a promo code triggered discount, the workaround is to split the specific tickets that you want to allow Promo codes into their own event(s). At the moment, Discount code is per Event and not per ticket.
