Hi Are the promo codes when set to dollar amount, meant to discount off each ticket bought, or just a $x off the whole order?
I need an actual $x off each ticket and its only applying once off the whole order if more than one ticket is purchased.
Can you let me know what settings I need to make sure it goes off each ticket? I’ve looked through and not sure what i am missing.

Hi there,
Currently, there is not option for this as EE4 Promotion codes can only be applied to the event, not the individual tickets within the cart.
We do have plans to include that feature on our roadmap here:

Will a percentage discount on the cart not work in this case?

I am using the percentage discount but I can’t get a whole dollar discount amount which looks weird.
The percentage can be added to 2 decimal places, to get it exactly to the dollar i need 4 decimal places, is there a way to increase the decimal places on the percentage accepted rather than rounding?

Not currently, it will require a change in the database and how EE handles the values so it is not something we can provide a snippet to fix.
