A co worker setup a promo code for a new event and it’s not working. Just get a message that it’s invalid, though everything appears to be set up right. I created a new code, same setup, and that worked. The only different is that her code had the % sign in it, which hasn’t been an issue before. I know you will probably need access to our dashboard; can set that up privately if needed but I’m really stumped.
I’ve just set up a promotion using % within the code to see if I could reproduce this but it’s working for me so yes I’ll need to take a quick look over the promotion to see if anything stands out there.
