Good afternoon, I have been checking the promo code page on our website and when customers enter it no accepted or declined message is appearing anymore?
These are both typed into the accepted and declined message box in the back end of the website so I’m not sure why the message isn’t showing.
The promo code does still work, but it takes a few seconds to confirm and this is a little off putting particularly if you don’t know it has been successful to start with.
Side note – both of those registrations were in my name and can be cancelled.
