Are you translating the string ‘Promotion Code’ within your site?
I noticed in a previous thread you may be using a custom get text function to translate strings. That heading should be ‘Promotion Code’ but is it translatable within the code, meaning if you are translating that string and setting it to ” it would remove it from the checkout.

The ‘Promotion code’ has not been translated with the .po/.mo files, as its good as it is. There is also no gettext function for ‘Promotion Code’ in the functions file.
I’ve removed the functions file to see if one of the gettext functions was affecting it, but didn’t see the ‘Promotion code’ appear after that, so replaced it back.

How can I change ‘The Event Cart is empty’ also, to replace event for Basket?
Tried the .mo file and no change.

I don’t recall a label being set there originally.
However, it is possible to add one by using a filter or a line of CSS:
