Hello! I have looked through past forums to seek an answer, but the forums that dealt with this issue, seemed old, so I thought I would see if it was now possible to offer a promo code for one ticket within the event or if it could only be offered to the whole event.

Hi Caroline,
Currently not, promotions still only apply to the event itself.
We do have adding a ticket ‘scope’ to the promotion system on our roadmap here:

If you’d like to track that feature I’d recommend watching the above to see when it is (eventually) included in the add-on.
