I am looking for a solution or work around of the process of registering multiple people at different price points at the same time. I already have the Multiple Event Registration Add-on, but it doesn’t completely solve the problem listed below.
Currently, if our customers want to register for a adult price ticket and child price ticket using the link on the calendar (https://gwinnettehc.org/event-registration-2/?ee=983), they must register and pay for the adults, then go back into the system and register and pay for the children. This is 2 separate transactions. And our customers do not like it.
Or they have to click the link that takes them to the page “registration 2” page for Multiple registrations (https://gwinnettehc.org/event-registration-2/) which shows all registration for every event we have. This is confusing for our customers, because most click the calendar link which takes them to an individual registration (https://gwinnettehc.org/event-registration-2/?ee=983) which only allows them to register for a single price point.
I put the link to the Multiple Event Registration page all over our homepage. But, they still go to the calendar link to register.
Is there any way to have the multiple price, multiple people registration on the single event registration?
Are there any other suggestions?
