Hi all, I just wanted to clarify what the process should be for invoice payments as it seems to be a little confusing on my set up. We have paypal and invoice payments available. The process is as below, my issue is with the last two pages, when you select invoice payments you seem to get payment options on both overview pages and nothing thanking you for booking on (even though you havent paid yet). > On the event page, enter registration info and click submit Some clarification on whether this process is correct or if I still need to configure something would be much welcome π Thanks, Zoe ____ WordPress 3.8.1 (new installation) |

Why is that? it gives no indication to the user that they have completed that part of the process, there is a big risk they will just keep going round in circles because the Complete Registration button! Is there anyway I can stop they payment options appearing on the last page? Cheers! Zoe |
Hi Zoe, If you go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. You should find ‘Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?’ set that to No and update the settings. That will stop the payment options appearing after they have selected Invoice. That option is intended to allow users to select other forms of payments after their initial choice. For example those selected Invoice, then the next day wanted to pay via Paypal, they could use the link within the invoice which will take them to that page allowing them to do so. Hope that helps. |

Brilliant, thanks Tony! Another quick one on the reigstration process, I have the user integration addon but it doesnt seem to be pulling through any info, first name and last name is there but not things like Company Name… I’ve registered for an even so the system should have my details for reference… I did wonder, I’ve not put my purchase key in yet (need a second one, have emailed billing) – would this stop it from working? Thanks all π |
No problem π The License key will not be causing this no. If you go to your user profile, you can see the information stored by EE in the profile at the bottom of the profile under ‘Events Profile Information’. Not all questions are saved to the User’s profile, only the system questions from Personal Information and Address Information are by default. |
