Proceed to payment options does not get me to IDEAL

Hi,
I am using EE4 and am configuring it to work together with Pronamic IDEAL to accommodate our event’s ticket sales. Pronamic is recognized as payment method. All has been configured; IDEAL is working properly via the Pronamic plugin. However when I test the event I prepared and fill out the registration form to proceed to payment options, I get a notification that “the step cold not be completed. Reload the page to try again”. Please advise.

Hi Stefan,

The Pronamic iDEAL gateway is not developed/supported by the Event Espresso team so you will likely need to contact Pronamic and have them investigate.

However, can you link me to one of your events so I can double check if there is any issue we can see please?

Hi Stefan,

It is indeed Pronamic iDeal that is causing the problem. When clicking the Proceed to Payment button this error is thrown:

Fatal error: Call to a member function get_input_html() on a non-object in /wp-content/plugins/pronamic-ideal/vendor/wp-pay-extensions/event-espresso/src/PaymentMethod.php on line 43

You’ll need to issue a ticket with them providing the above error for them to investigate.
