On my event, after I enter the Attendee information and click on the Proceed to Payment Options button, the page simply reloads and clears the attendee data. It never goes to step 2. I’ve tried turning off the W3totalcache functionality for the Critical Pages for EE and I’ve tried turning off the Digg Digg plugin for the event page. So far, neither of those has worked. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

event page is http://www.drillsandskillsbball.com/events/april15camp

Hi Jeff, I looked at the page in Safari Developer Tools and there are a handful of errors appearing:

The first few are related to a MailChimp plugin. The next one is a store related file and the last are broken image links.

Could you re-test with only Event Espresso running?

It should then work. Then begin restoring your site a few plugins at a time until you locate the source of the conflict.

Thanks Lorenzo. I tried to make the event page as a “Full Page Width” template to remove the sidebar items but it doesn’t actually go full page. Checking on that now.

No luck. Overrode the single.php and the page.php in my child theme, commented out the calls to get sidebars, and it removed both of the sidebars. But the problem remains. When I hit the button it simply reloads the page and clears the Attendee information.

Ok, figured it out. The mailchimp errors were not from the sidebar but from the mailchimp popup form that was in the header code. Once I removed the mailchimp popup reference it started working. Thanks for your help. I was able to figure it out by using the Chrome Developer Tools to see the URL that was referenced by mailchimp. As soon as I saw “popup” I knew where to start looking. Appreciate your assistance!
