We have a specific transaction that is causing two problems.
1. When we export all registrations CSV files, this specific transaction has the wrong Amount Due. Since we use the CSV data, we have sent the wrong value to the client.
2. This transaction has also a problem with the email sent to the client. The client registered for 6 events in one transaction, but the email he received contained only 4 events in the body.
Could you help us to investigate why this problem is happening?
There isn’t enough information here to narrow this down, we would need details on the event set up, ticket setup, datetime setup, payment method. Basically a full rundown of how the events were set up AND registered onto to see if we could reproduce.
Testing ‘regular’ events on my test sites I’m not getting any issues like this but it could be based on a specific setup.
