Problems – can`t log in with the mobile app

I`m using EE 4 with add on barcode scanner. After I installed and activated the plugin and also the app, I get the error message “credentials mismatch” when logging into the app. Nothing is displayed, a scan of a ticket does not work. When scanning the ticket is just an error message “Unknown user …” I am in despair now

Ok, so are you using iOS or Android?

After I installed and activated the plugin and also the app, I get the error message “credentials mismatch” when logging into the app.

Which version of the app are you using?

iOS it should be this one: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1095432613

Android, this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eventespressohd.android

Which site are you testing?

When scanning the ticket is just an error message “Unknown user …”

Scanning the ticket on the app or the barcode scanner?

(Note the barcode scanner is not needed to scan tickets with the apps)
