Hi there,

Although I added an image to event, it is not appearing on calendar.

A lot of your events have the image added into the Event Description rather than setting the image as a featured image, the calendar displays the featured image for each event and not the event description so with that set up it is expected to not see an image on the event.

For example ‘Mediterranean Vegetarian’ event from the 11th has a featured images set on it and you can see that in the calendar. Most of the other events have the image in the description, an example would be the ‘Japanese Four Course Menu’ event.

Secondly, and most importantly, when you click on the line that appears it doesn’t link at all, nothing happens.

It looks like the calendar view shows very small calendar entries on your site so it’s really hard to actually click on them, adding a featured image to your events will help with this.

Will you please test it yourself, rather than give me instructions, as this is hurting my business.

Event Espresso is self-hosted, meaning it’s all installed on your own site and we don’t have access to anything on your site. So we can view your site as a user and see the problem but we’ll still need to provide yourself with details on how to fix it.

Use that to set the image rather than adding it into the description and it will show on the calendar.
