problem with sub total and tax total showing zero on invoice

Hi,

I’m using the latest version of wordpress and ee4, brand new installation.

So as I test out my event. The invoice, show the right price, it show the correct tax (I have it as a surcharge), but then it shows a sub total as $0.00 and a tax total as $0.00 and then under that it has the total which is correct. How can I get this right?

How do you have the ticketing pricing setup currently?

Ok I figured it out.

Firstly I did not notice checkbox saying “This ticket is taxable.”

So thats why I was getting the tax as zero.

What i had done was added a “price modifier” to imitate a tax.
