We have been successfully using Sage Pay Serve Integration to process online credit card payments via our EventEspresso account. However over the last two weeks customers have been reporting difficulties completing transactions, one received a ‘server 5006 error’.
After reviewing our merchant account it appears the customers enter their credit card details, which are checked and verified, however the difficulty comes when they are redirected back to EventEspresso to the ‘thank you’ page.
No settings have been changed manually on EventEspresso, however I’m aware there have been updates recently.
Your help resolving this problem would be much appreciated.
