The new version of EE3 is available and I’m using a brand new License Key but I’m still getting the message below.
“A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 3.1.36.6.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
I checked into this and found that 2 different keys are currently assigned to the same domain. Here’s what we can do. I’ll reset both of the keys, and you can go to your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings screen remove the key that’s there, save, then place the key back in.
You’ll get a couple of emails that say your keys were reset, and that’s normal because I’m resetting the keys.
