I decided to upgrade today and only had a few existing events. Initially these seem to have migrated ok but when I now click on the previous url for the event and try and register I get an error message,
‘Nothing in your event queue’.
Example of this at following link. Is there some way of fixing this so that I can still take registrations and payments for events not fully sold which were created in EE3?
This could be due to a caching service or a conflict with another plugin. For example, we recently found that Simple CSS will break the registrations checkout for Event Espresso.
Do you see the same result if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and reactivate only Event Espresso?
OK I don’t want to have to deactivate all my plugins. I’ve noticed that since upgrading to EE4 which supports keyword friendly URL’s I can simply edit links to my events created when using EE3 to point to the new working page. My main aim was to make sure links from my Facebook page went to a page where they could register.
You can consider this closed now.
Thanks
Gary
