The event date keeps changing. This is resulting in not only inaccurate information, but our event registration keeps closing every few days because the event date changes to something previous to the actual date.
On the event page, if I change the date to the correct one and hit “Update”, the page reloads with a date that is about 1 week previous to what I just entered. (The time changes, too.) This change is also occurring on the dates available for each unique ticket item.
I have disabled every plugin except Event Espresso and Easy Forms for Mailchimp. I have also tried the offset tool recommended by Event Espresso, but it will not let me offset by this much time. (It tweaks hours, not days.)
This is actually a caused bug in some not-so-recent versions of PHP that has been fixed in the later versions of PHP.
The lasting fix will involve contacting your host and ask them to upgrade the web server to use a newer version of PHP.
In the meantime, you can work around the issue by going to your WordPress Dashboard, then go to WP > Settings > General and set the Timezone setting to match a city in your timezone.
