Hello guys,
When my users fill the form to register they got the following error:

The email did not send successfully. The wordpress wp_mail function is used for sending mails but does not give any useful information when an email fails to send. It is possible the “to” address () or “from” address is invalid. EE-Email_messenger – _send_message – 366

I tried to setup a mail plugin (Mail SMTP etc) … nothing is working very well. I removed all plugin and try to find why… Still dont know which option is the best : (on the same request OR on a separate request)

The root of the problem may be what’s set in your Message template’s From Address fields. Does it have [CO_EMAIL] set for the From: field? If not you can try setting it to be [CO_EMAIL], then make sure that there’s a valid email address set in Event Espresso > General Settings > Primary contact email.

Thanks again for you quick answer Josh ( I really appreciate)
Yes the from and To Address fields are set to : [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] … Is there a way to understand all the meaning of those variable? Maybe I dont have the right one. I need to send an email to: The Admin, The manager who bought the event, and the participant. 3 different email.

There’s a Help tab that you can click on that explains each short code on the messages editor page. After you click the tab that says “Help”, you click the link that says Messages Shortcodes.

You can try [CO_EMAIL] for the From: address instead of the
[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
short code. When you set up the email that goes to the participant, you’ll need to use a short code like
[RECIPIENT_EMAIL].
