Problem whit Samsung xcover and app

Hy
we have troubles whith the new App version 2.0..17 an the Samsung X-Cover2 Handy
the older version 2.0.0 works perfect.
Is ther a way to downgrade or to get a Downloadlink?
A new site is under construktion an EE is than upgradet to Version 4.

on our site (www.arena.co.at) runns WP3.51 whit a ticketshop EE3.
We scann the QR codes With a Samsung X-cover2 and an Android eventespresso 2.0.0 app, it works perfect since july 2013.
Now we buy 2 new Samsung handys an i install the new version of event espresso app ver.2.0.17.
I just see 15events and only 150 attandees the scanprocess always fail and it loggs out of the database.
With the old app and handy it works fine.

Our new site is under construction. How u can see we upgradet it to ee4 but it needs a while till its online and in the meantime we will work on the old system.

Hi Sylwia,

It turns out that in order to use the mobile apps you will need to stay on Event Espresso 3 because Event Espresso 4 does not have a compatible mobile app API add-on.

Please be sure that you have the latest version of the Espresso JSON API plugin installed, it’s designed to work with the new version of the Android app. You can download the latest version of the JSON API plugin from your account page here at eventespresso.com
