As of the latest update for Authorize.net Gateway (EE4.6.0+) v.1.1.4p I installed last Friday (March 31), payments via iDeal through Mollie are not visuable in EE4 transactions. All registrations as of March 31, 11.35 hours are ‘Waiting for Payment’. No tickets were send. We cannot see the total purchased tickets per event. For us a big problem. On our bank statements we can see they have paid. I hope you find a solution soon. |
Hi there, The solution for you may be to update to Event Espresso 4.9.36.p which was released earlier today and includes a fix for errors related to returning after paying from a 3rd party payment site. |

Hi Tamara,
No, why would you lose registrations? Which version of Event Espresso 4 are you currently using? (You’ll find this in Dashboard -> Plugins or at the very bottom of the admin)
The plugin menu update takes a little to come through to your site, if you still don’t see this go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Make no changes and just save the settings, that forces EE to check for updates and should show the update in your plugins menu. |

Hi Tony, Thanx for your information. I lost registrations and a lot of other data when I updated EE4 via our account page. As soon as an update is available, I update the plugins, so always the latest version. The plugin was available just now. The problem is solved. However all payments between March 31 and now, do we need to insert these manually? The problem is solved for new payments but not for these old ones. |
You can update and add payments by going to the Event Espresso > Transactions page, then click on an incomplete transaction. Then you click on the Apply Payment button and complete the fields there. |
