I already tried to disable all plugins but does not work. Thank you for help. Guido |
Hi there Guido, Could you temporarily set your WordPress site to use English via the General Settings page in your WordPress? Then could you try another registration CSV report generation? I want to rule out that there isn’t a unclosed html tag in the translation file. Thanks — |

Hello Lorenzo and thank you very mauch I set my WordPress site to use English via the General Settings and I try another registration CSV report generation but it does not work, ti’s the same error: Event,”Transaction ID[TXN_ID]”,”Attendee ID[ATT_ID]”,”Registration ID[REG_ID]”, ecc.. ecc.. |
Hi Guido, What is the version number that you are using? Also, was Event Espresso installed via WordPress Plugins or manually through SFTP or FTP? — |

Hi Lorenzo the version is EE4 Guido |
Hello, Could you please create a temporary WordPress admin login so we can take a closer look at this issue? Please share that temporary login through the secure link below: To prevent delays in troubleshooting, be sure to double check your information on the form before submitting. The submit button for the form appears at the end of the form. Again, please ensure that the temporary login works. Thank you. — |

Ok thanks Guido |
Thanks Guido, I replied with a suggestion on how to fix this. It involves changing the MIME via the htaccess file: http://www.lasalle.edu/~blum/c341wks/CSVwithHTACCESS.php — |

Hi Thanks for replies. Guido |
Hi Guido, could you ask your web host to try enabling it. The htaccess is one option for enabling it but not all web hosts may allow that option. http://www.lasalle.edu/~blum/c341wks/CSVwithHTACCESS.php — |
|
|
hi Lorenzo i insert in htaccess AddType text/plain .csv AddType application/octet-stream .csv but the export of csv continue not working |
Hi, it would need to be one of those choices, not both. Could you follow up with your web host about this? The htaccess method may not be recognized by your web host so they may need to make this change from their end. Also, some web hosts offer the ability to make this change through a cpanel / hosting panel login. Again, I would check with your web host. — |

Hi Lorenzo my web host says As per the support link tried to make changes in .htaccess file but still I am not getting optoin to download CSV Instead of that its showing me text directly in browser. Can you please get in touch with plugin provider ? |
Hi Guido, I’m not sure that they understood what you were trying to do. The .htaccess option is one method for adding support for a MIME. However, not all web hosts are the same so the change may be required in a different way. Applying it to the htaccess after you have already tried it wouldn’t solve this issue. Do you have a WordPress site on a different web host that you can test on? — |

The thing strange is that it work until 3/4 days ago… |
Hi,
That is helpful to know. Were there any changes around that time to the site that you can remember? — |
|
|
Yes we work to set css around form registration at the end every thing work but not teh export of csv file. |
|
Ok i upload new version of plugin and everything is ok. Guido |
