We migrated to a larger server about a week ago. everything looked to be working fine. However, we are getting emails and payments for registrants, but nothing is being captured in the database. Please advise.

Hi Michael,

Can you let us know what the migration process consisted of? Did you use a tool like WP Migrate DB to properly migrate the database from the old site to the new site?

Actually, the migration was done by the host company as a file by file transfer. The database was moved into a new database via a full backup. The site actually appears to work and register attendees just fine.

Correction. The registrations DO appear to be in the database in the table “wp_esp_registration”. They are not showing up in the admin panel under registrations.

When I export the database, the new registrations are not included. Yet, I can see them in the database. I have deleted my site key, saved, and then reinserted it as well but that has not made any impact.

Hi Michael,

The site license keys have no impact on the functionality of the Event Espresso plugin. Can you look in the admin panel under “Registrations” and let me know if you can see the 3 registrations that were completed earlier today?

The one issue that looks out of order here the website’s security certificate appears to be misconfigured. Can you let your host know that it is showing a “Your connection is not private” screen on a first visit in the Chrome browser. It looks like this.

Thanks, Josh. I will re-key the certificate to the new server. I cannot see the registrations from today. My last registration was November 28 at 4:39 p.m.

Which would also explain why I am not getting the security warning…… PSH!
