Hi, the original post was closed so I created new one. This is the link to old support ticket. I will now redeem support token like the old post suggested.
https://eventespresso.com/topic/print-tickets-page-code-leak/

The new issue now is the barcode is now displaying either. I am thinking maybe that code leak is what is supposed to show the barcode but Im no expert so I will redeem support token to see if its the Event Espresso OR an EE Addon causing the barcode to be missing and the code leak then get the support token back.

This is an example of the code on bottom of page leaking. I will also include in a private post a link to a ticket page so someone can see the barcode missing as well. Going to create the support token ticket now. Thanks

Hi Jarred,

The new issue now is the barcode is now displaying either. I am thinking maybe that code leak is what is supposed to show the barcode…

This is correct, the code displaying on the page is the JS libraries loading on that page as links rather than scripts, so the browser doesn’t load the libraries and therefore the barcode doesn’t generate.

I’ve just logged into the site to take a look around and noticed you have staging sites.

I assume those are copies of the live site as a usual staging site would be and they show the same issue? If so can I get access to a staging site I can start disabling plugins on and adding some debug code to out of site of visitors, please?

Failing that I can duplicate the live site locally to do it if you prefer that?

No, only one of those staging you saw on FTP have any content and its saved from many years ago so that I could have a base of some things before we made major changes so STAGING1 is Not accessible.

and if u noticed staging3 and staging9 are empty folders. host for some reason leaves them there even after deleting. I can only see those folders via FTP and not on the host website. I use the staging feature quite a bit but always delete after done and only leave staging1 and never make any changes to staging1.

I will create a new staging for you now and provide the info on private reply. Please know ahead of time tho I wont be able to deploy from staging, so whatever you come up with while working on staging would just need to be added to live site eventually through your FTP credentials. Thanks

Thank you for the staging site, that allowed me to track this down easier.

This is being caused by a feature within JetPack stripping out the script tags.

Go to JetPack -> Settings -> Writing.

In the ‘Composing’ section, UNcheck the ‘Compose using shortcodes to embed media from popular sites’ feature.

Okay I changed the setting on the live website and the barcode is showing again and there is no code showing that isn’t supposed to be. Thanks.
