What is involved in setting a print job on the event-ticket of the person as they check in? Is this possible?

When check in value changes, print ticket.

Hi there,

Whilst this is likely possible to do, EE doesn’t have any functionality to directly print without any user interaction (as in a print dialog from the browser) so you’ll need custom development for that.

I don’t think we have a hook available for when the check-in status changes, so you would also likely need an additional hook within EE which ran whenever the check-in status changed, you’d then use that to hook in an run the functions to print.

In short, yes its likely possible but your going to need custom development to do it, we can add a request to add an additional hook into EE for the above, but the custom functionality to print will need a developer.

If you are not working with a developer we recommend the folks at codeable.
