The link to ‘Print Ticket’ has disappeared from my Event Espresso page. I am also missing the ‘Ticket Notice’ template from the Default Messages tab. I did have this option available just a few months ago when we had an event but now it has disappeared from all the events.
I have Event Espresso 4.9.23p and have installed the Event Espresso – Ticketing (EE 4+) 1.0.4p
Everything worked fine on the last event we had, but now it doesn’t. Could you please help me with this issue and help correct the problem.

If you check within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Settings.
Under the Email tab, is the ‘Ticket notice’ in the activate section? – http://take.ms/K8NdpD
Also check the ‘HTML’ tab for a ‘Ticket’ messenger in the activate section, do you see both of those?
If they are activate check if you can find a ticket or ticket notice within Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates (may have multiple pages of templates).
If not, drag both the ticket and ticket notice messagengers in settings to the Inactive section, wait a few seconds and move them back. Do they now appear?
I’d also recommend updating to the latest version of EE4 (currently 4.9.30.p)

Thank you for taking a look into this. For some reason the “Ticketing” message type is completely missing from the Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default message templates.

I checked the inactive items and dragged them over as you suggested and it works now.
