We just moved to a new web host (WP Engine) and now when users get a ticketing email, the link for printing their ticket simply loads the home page. For example, the link below should display the ticket, but doesn’t.
When the print ticket email link redirects to the home page, that’s a good indication that the Ticket message type is disabled. You can activate the Ticket html message type by going to your WordPress Dashboard, then you go to Event Espresso > Messages > Settings, then you click html to open the view of the html message types, then click and drag the Ticket Message type into the active box.
Thanks Josh! I had checked the email settings there but didn’t realize I also needed to enable the HTML setting separately. That fixed the issue.
