Print Answer to Custom Question On Ticket

Hello

We are trying to print answer to question on tickets as shown here http://drop.frontporchsolutions.com/K7im but nothing is showing even though the question is required.

Hi Kregg,

The shortcode does not know which question you are trying to pull the answer to currently.

You need to add the questions ‘Question text’ field to the shortcode after the *, so if your question is ‘Company Name?’ you would have:

[RECIPIENT_ANSWER_*Company Name?]
