Primary contact email per event?

Am I going crazy or was there a Primary Contact Email on every event page to override the General Settings and it’s now been replaced with a CC Email Address field? I’m sure there was one but now i can’t see it anywhere…

Either way, how do I set a different Primary Contact for some events, if the General Settings if the Primary Contact is not applicable?

Hi Sarah,

It turns out the field label was changed to CC Email Address field because even though when it was labeled the “Alternate Email Address (optional)” fieled, it would CC the emails to the address you enter there. So the field label was renamed to more accurately describe the feature.

Thanks Josh,

So is there no way to choose a different primary contact per event? Not event through something like the permissions pro regional events manager option or something like that? We have different events for each of our products, and it would be great if the registration emails came from the individual project managers rather than the event espresso admin. Ie, if the reply-to email address could be different on the confirmation emails.

Our current solution is to alter the confirmation email content to indicate who they should contact, but this isn’t ideal!

Hi Sarah,

This is a feature we added in EE4, I can check to see if there are any hooks in EE3 to make that happen.
