I’d like to be able to configure not only full prices by day of the week (e.g price ‘A’ on weekends, price ‘B’ during weekdays) but also deposits.
For example, a booking normally costs £250 at the weekend, but £230 during the week. Additionally, for people who only want to pay a deposit, this too is vaiable according to day of the week, such that at the weekend a deposit of £50 is payable, but during the week this is only £30.
I would aso like to be able to confugure volume discounts. e.g. if 3 or more people book on to the course, a fixed or percentage discount can be applied.
I’ve been unable to find out whether this is possible without going ahead with a purchase (and possible subsequent refund request if the requirements aren’t met) and the closest indication that these requirements MIGHT be possible is a couple of use-cases:
Trouble is, the wiki article mentions EE v3 and I’m unable to find out whether all necessary functionality is yet present in v4, no indeed whether all of my requirements can be met (the articles only cover some of the requirements).
The ticket editor supports pricing based on a schedule that is set. For example, you could offer early bird pricing that runs for a certain period and then switches to regular pricing.
However, Event Espresso cannot alternate between different pricing points based on the day of the week.
The volume discount add-on checks for a specific threshold. For example, apply a percentage discount when a registrant/attendee has spent at least x on registrations/tickets.
