September 18, 2014 at 12:19 pm Just a note that the CSS for the alignment of the price on registration page can be moved to the left. This way the $0.00 is directly below the Price heading. The default was aligned right………..EE4 |
September 18, 2014 at 12:28 pm Hi Chuck, Thanks for sharing. Is anything broken or is this to adjust the position for the pricing on a single event page? — |

September 18, 2014 at 12:32 pm Just realized that this CSS also affects the next page “payment options” where the alignment is out……… |

September 18, 2014 at 12:36 pm This is minor ………I think I can target those separate pages with updated CSS. Also…….is there a way to change the STATE select box to more normal selections………there is way too many options for state selection than the normal. |
Hi, The options in the states dropdown can be enabled or disabled through the Countries tab: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/change-countries-used-event-espresso/ — |

Hi, It is best to create new support posts for new questions. Are you able to open the file on any other devices? — |

Here the email from the secretary to me: I have spent all day on this. Here is the problem…. The only option for downloading the registration lists is to click on the CSV report button. The problem is that is does not send it in a pure CSV format, instead it comes in as an HTML file which my Microsoft Office program Excel app cannot read. Apple asked me to buy and download their equivalent to Excel, called Numbers, which I did and it is supposed to read CSV files but it can’t read HTML. So what Espresso is sending out is not a really CSV, it is really HTML, which is an Internet file. Even with my browser open, it still comes up as a document file with all the information mushed together in one big long paragraph. The new Espresso update is the problem, not my Mac. I know this because the Goldstar files are also exported as CSV documents and it opens those perfectly, just like it did with the old version of Espresso. If Espresso could even just give us an option for the file to be E mailed to me, then I could convert it. I am so sorry about this, Tom. In order to do tonight’s list I have to hand type all of the names from the Espresso registration page because the are all written as hot links and I can’t even copy and paste them. I was really trying to keep you out of the middle of this and I can’t believe I am the only person who uses Espresso and has a Mac. Thanks, Helen |
