I just added 2 price modifier questions: Add a T-Shirt, and Add a Donation. At checkout, both added prices show up under “Discounts” as negative discounts, but are not labeled as T-shirt or Donation.
It seems very confusing. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Ross,
I’m afraid the Price modifier add-on isn’t compatible with the Multi Event Registration cart checkout. At this time it only works with the standard registration process. Please see the documentation for more info on how to set up the Price Modifier:

That’s too bad. Is that a feature that’s being worked on, or shall I try to come up with another option?
One thought that I had was to create separate “Events” for T-shirts and for Donations, and encourage people to “add them to the cart.”
Is there a good way to have links to those options show up in the cart?

Hi Ross,
Our current focus is on getting version 4.0 out the door, so we cannot say if or when the Price Modifier will be updated.
Using events for products was a method commonly used before the Price modifier was released so it can work.
Adding links to the cart could be done but would require some template modifications.
An alternative way would be to use the add to cart shortcode as you can then add a link to the main event and sue the shortcode to “chain” events and add multiple events to cart in one click, see here:
