Hi I was wondering if the price modifier add on for questions works with EE4?
I’d love to create an accommodation drop down which contains 3 different types which adds extra money to the ticket base price

Hi Tom, the price modifier add-on is only compatible with Event Espresso 3 at this time.
Questions cannot modify the pricing options in Event Espresso 4.

So is there any other way that we can add accommodation charges on to an event? Price modified worked for this although it was a bit clunky to be honest. We have discount rates that apply to the conference fee itself so can’t use a different priced ticket as then the discount would apply to the accommodation as well – there would just be too many options. Otherwise I’ll have to go back and try to reinstall the old Event Espresso 3 I guess.

One way to do this in EE4 is make the accommodation fee a separate ticket.

Can you use 3 “accommodation” tickets? You might want to add a little jQuery to hide the accommodation tickets until a conference fee ticket is chosen. It’s not ideal, but it might work.
