The client we’re setting up this site for wants one set of ticket prices previous to a certain date, and another set after that date. Will they have to change the prices manually or is there an easier method built in to Event Espresso?

Yes, but having to enter a promo code is not the route we’re looking for. They’ve already sent out the registration info in their newsletter.

Hi Joseph,
Early bird pricing allows you to set a discount that will automatically apply until the date set for early bird pricing.
In the case of multiple early bird prices the date would need to be manually altered for each tier but it is possible.
So say you wanted to offer 20% off until the 20th March. Then after that 10% off until the 28th. You could set an early bird discount to 20% with an ‘end date’ of 20th March. Then on that date manually alter the date and discount so now the early bird discount would be 10% and the end date would be 28th after that date the full price would automatically apply.
Does that make sense?
