I changed a price of one of my tickets… so I had some people who were status “incomplete” which effected the invoice price of which was to be sent to them. I changed their price of ticket that they owe. It automatically changed the status to “pending”. Changing a ticket price within the registrants (incomplete registrant) ticket price and this change to Pending doesn’t send them an email does it??? And why does this automatically change the status? Just wondering…
I really don’t know why it automatically changes to the status to pending. There are some related functions that automatically update the payment status when the payment is updated on the edit payment screen and the one that lets you update the price of the ticket may be coupled to it. It doesn’t send out an email when it updates the price/status, and you can go into the View/Edit Payment screen and change the status back to Incomplete if need be.
