Hello,
We have an upcoming event on Saturday, September 10, 2016 with around 8,000 attendees. I appreciate all the effort that has been put into version 2.1 of the EE4 Android app but wish there was a way to disable Continuous scan mode to protect against duplicate tickets. Could you please provide me with a link to download the previous version of the app (prior to 2.1) that did not have this option. It would ease my worries and give me more time to evaluate the current version.

Hello,
Upon further testing, we have determined that the previous of the EE4 Android app (prior to 2.1) is significantly faster when logging in and scanning tickets for us. I am not sure if this is server related or because we have not upgraded to the latest version of EE4. I do not want to troubleshoot this issue until after the game tomorrow. Please provide a link to download the last version of the EE4 Android app at your earliest convenience.

Hi Mike,
We don’t have access to previous versions of the apk but the latest version should not have any negative effect on load time within the app. Have you checked server load? There are many other reasons for slow loading times.
Do you have another device you are using to compare with? If so you can use the APK Extractor app on that device to extract the app to local storage. Then upload that to your other device.
