Hello!
Please let us know what can be done to prevent WordPress to send the reset password email when user buys an event.
We do not need users to have accounts on website, as we will contact them via email after the checkout.
Please let us know. Thank you!
SC

Hi there,

That email will be sent when EE is set to automatically create user accounts on the event, so if you don’t want Event Espresso to create user accounts set the ‘Auto Create users with registrations?’ option within the event itself to No.

It’s shown in the sidebar and looks like this:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/wp-user-integration/#ee4setup

We also have a ‘default’ setting for that values, which will be used any new events created going forward.

Go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> User Integration Settings

Set the ‘Default setting for User Creation on Registration.’ option to No and save.

Again that option won’t update all of your current events, only events created from this point on.

Hello! Thank you!
We cannot find any option for User Integration under Registration FOrm. ON that page are listed all Questions and under Reg Form Settings there is no user option.. Weird..

Hmm, so you don’t have the User Integration add-on enabled?

Check in Dashboard -> Plugins for a ‘Event Espresso – WP Users (EE4.6+)’ plugin.

Do you heave the learndash add-on enabled?
