PreSales – Using Event Espresso as a Volunteer Management System

We have a community event that takes place over 4 days every year. We have over 400 volunteers that sign up for shifts for several events. Can we use this system to allow volunteers to register, signup for shifts, receive email reminders, update their schedule? Also need a volunteer supervisor to access all volunteer schedules, make changes to schedules, run reports.

Which add-ons would be need?

We are using WordPress 3.8.1. It is a new installation.

How are you today?

How many different volunteer assignments and time slots are you talking about. I’m pretty sure most of what you’re describing can be done with some work. Depending on how many different assignments and different time slots you’re talking about will depend on how much manual work will be required.
