Hello, 1. Can you allow users to remove or cancel their registration for an event? (ie Self Removal on Events). I see there is an User and Permissions Add-on for EE3, are there any plans to add this feature to EE4 in the future? If so, would you be able to give a user permission/access only to removing themselves from events they have signed up for without giving them access to other areas of the site? 2. Is there a way to set up Event Reminder emails to automatically go out to registrants prior to an event (say the day or two before)? 3. Can you list the names of people who have registered for the event on the front end? 4. I see the Calendar add-on, but the page has conflicting verbiage. At the top of the page it says “included in all packages” but below it says “available for separate purchase as an add-on”. Can you confirm that the Calendar add-on is needed for the Event Calendar feature and it does need to be a separate purchase? It would be helpful if features that require an add-on are marked appropriately on the EE3 & EE4 comparison sheet, as it is now is a bit misleading. Thanks! |

Yes, this can be done through the WP user (Members) integration and they do not need to access the WordPress dashboard: https://eventespresso.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/01/espresso_my_events.png Any refunds would need to be manually processed. A capabilities system is in the works for Event Espresso 4 but this won’t be available until next year.
Not currently. However, you could set something like this up if you use the MailChimp add-on. You would use the Automation feature to send out an email on a certain date (e.g. one day before event).
