I’m looking to use this plugin for a club at my University. Questions: If I am a user on an event page, is there a way to show the attendee list, along with the phone numbers and emails that are registered to their WP accounts, without being an admin, or anything of that sort. Is there an event reminder automated email that can be sent out X number of days before the event is taking place?

Hi Joseph, Thanks for considering Event Espresso.
Yes this allows your events you to create specific member only events or set all events to members only. Members are users within the WP users table yes.
We have a shortcode used to list all the attendees for a specific event. If you place that within your event description it will display by default Name and Email address, although the template can be modified to suit.
Unfortunately Event Espresso 3.X does not send out event reminders currently. |

Is there like an event tracker for each individual WP User? |
Is there a way to create an excel sheet exported with the attendees ? or text document? |
Hi Joseph,
Yes, there is a ‘My Events’ page within the WP admin the user can access which list all the events they have registered for. This is also available as a shortcode to be used to display the information within a Page in you would prefer.
You can export individual attendee lists to Excel and CSV, and also a list of all attendee’s or all events to Excel. |
For the individual attendee lists, can they be public to the groups? |
I mean event. As far as the “My Events” goes, is it possible for a WP Admin to remove someone from an event so they can’t see it on the regular WP user’s “My Events” page? |
Sorry I’m unsure what you mean, can you explain a little please.
The My Events page will display any events that the currently logged in user is registered to. It is not a public list of attendee’s although we have another shortcode for that which will allow you to list all the attendees to a specific event, the template for this shortcode can be modified also. |

For the individual attendee’s CSV, can it be a automatic file export on the event page? I am planning to use this for event tracking for users, and I want to make sure that I can see what a particular user has attended, and have the ability to remove them from that event if they did not attend, so they do not receive credit. |
You can export an individual Attendee as XLS but not CSV currently. Here are some examples From within the attendee management: From within the event overview Event Espresso does not have any automatic export features currently. |
Is there a way these exports can be public on the event page? |
Unfortunately not. There is the shortcode [LISTATTENDEES] which will list all the attendee to a specific event. By default this lists their Gravatar, Full name & city although the template for this can be modified.

Where would you put that code?In the event description ? |
Or is it these codes – https://eventespresso.com/forums/2010/10/attendee-listing-shortcodes/ ? |
Hi, Shortcodes can be added to the event description, or to a post or page’s content. The article you listed is old but yes that is the correct shortcode [LISTATTENDEES], Tony mistyped it. |
Is there a website that I can see this implemented? Maybe a demo site ? |
Hi Joseph, We have a demo site, I will ask the person in charge of that to add a demo of the shortcode and post on here when it’s done. |
Hi Joseph, Here is the demo site Dean was referring to: http://demoee.org/shortcode-examples/#list-attendees Let me know if you have anymore questions. I’ll be happy to answer them. |
