Hello! Your plugin is awesome and all but I am having trouble with the [ESPRESSO_CALENDAR] Shortcode. Do I need to purchase anything extra for this to be activated? I wanted to see how it works before I order it. Thank You in advance |
Hi Thomas, We have a free version of the calendar that you can download to try out first. You can download it from your account page. |

Works like a charm…so In order to purchase it I need a personal license and the plugin itself? Kindly walk me through the new process. Thanks! |

Hi Thomas, Each licence is good for one year of updates and support. Your purchase will also determine what plugins you get access too. For instance you can buy the Personal Licence you get access to the core Event Espresso Premium plugin as well as the Calendar, Social Media, JSON and Custom Templates addon (one template). If you went with the Business licence you will get the core Event Espresso plugin and 12 add on plugins. https://eventespresso.com/pricing/ (if you scroll down to Each License comes with Add-ons included and click the big black boxes, it will show you what addons you get with each licence) Let me know if you need any more info. |

Thank you for your reply – looks like I need to edit the registration form as well with more questions or input fields. Will my personal license unlock that feature? |
Hi Thomas, Yes it will. Custom questions/question groups are a part of the core Event Espresso Premium plugin, as such any support license will include those features. |

Hello, I tried to install the licensed version and I got this error..help! ๐ Fatal error: Cannot redeclare espresso_version() (previously declared in /home/content/47/11921747/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/espresso.php:46) in /home/content/47/11921747/html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-free/espresso.php on line 37 |

Update : SO I Messed Up My Website ๐ 1) I did this by installing the Espresso Core Reg without deactivating the LITE, causing the error above. 2) Since WP wasn’t responding, I manually deleted the LITE via FTP and reinstalled the CORE on WP 3) After doing this, I found that there was a conflict with my EVENT CALENDAR (Events weren’t showing on dates) 4) Did the license I just purchased NOT cover access to the calendar? Kindly guide me with the packages before I end up paying more than I have to, I was happy with the demo calendar yesterday as I don’t really need to customize it much. What are the licensing parameters of the calendar demo? What I have paid for and what should I still buy for the calendar to work? 5) While I’m on a support roll, let me ask you about one final thing : Since I am selling courses : ONLINE (VIA WOOCOMMERCE SENSEI and MIRIJEH) and OFFLINE (VIA EVENTS ESPRESSO) is it possible to use just one payment gateway? How do I update items onto just one cart? Thank you! please help me through this, I need a little more hand holding as I might mess everything up, big time! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE! |
Hi there Thomas, I see that you have opened a new support post but I’ll go ahead and post some answers here before replying to your other post. For 1 & 2, you cannot have multiple versions of Event Espresso running at one. It would need to be either version 3 or version 4. Removing the lite version through SFTP or FTP is how I would have corrected the issue. On 3 & 4, this sounds like you may have had the old calendar running. The EE4 calendar would be needed for version 4 of Event Espresso. Event Espresso registrations can’t currently be handled by any WooCommerce payment gateways. — |
