Hello Support, We are interested in the rich features of eventespresso. Just want to check it with our scenario. Our scenario is: We have financial seminars open every month. People need to book and buy tickets online in order to attend the seminars. Our requirements of the tickets booking/selling system is: 2.Details of attendees to be collected for each person including firstname, lastname, email, phone. (A customer may order 3 tickets at a time, but there needs to be a form, which allows him to fill in details of the 3 attendees) 3.Ideally, email notification/reminder to each attendee (each person recorded on registration) 4.Collect payment online for paid ticket purchases(Ideally, stripe, but alternative ok) Please let me know if we can use event espresso do the above. Regards, Robert Wang |
Hi Robert, How are you today?
This can be achieved with graduated pricing. You can set minimum and maximum ticket qty’s on your tickets. So your dicounted tickets may have a minimum qty of 10, meaning a user can only select 10 or more of these tickets.
You can collect details per registrant or once for the whole group registration, its up t yourself, but Event Espresso can handle both without any problem.
The ‘Priamary Registrant’ (the first users details entered) will be the only one to receive the payment notifications, but as long as each registrant uses a different email address they will all receive confirmation emails. Event Espresso does not currently send ‘reminder’ emails (emails x amount of days before the event is due to start)
There are multiple payment options (click the EE4 Gateways tab) available within EE4, Stripe is available as an Add-on: https://eventespresso.com/product/eea-stripe-gateway/ This can be purchase separately or is included within the EE4 Everything License. Please let me know if you have any further questions, you can also test the plugin using our demo site by signing up to Test Drive Event Espresso 4 if you prefer. |
