We would like to make sure that your premium offerings can handle the requirements of the client.
We are using WP v3.9.2. Not using any version of EE.
Here we go;
The page we currently have for registrations: (Currently in use)
This will then be converted to use your software.
1. Can the same email be used for multiple registrations?
2. Will the account (profile) creation happen on event registration, or separately?
3. Can registrant and admin be notified of registration
4. Can the user edit his basic profile, as well as detail captured on registration (i.e. Book-in dates)
5. Can registrant and admin be notified when and which fields are updated.
6. Form fields – can fields become compulsory on option selection? (i.e. Credit card details when selecting Accommodation)
7. Reporting/ exporting of event registrations for office use (i.e. no difficult to read csv files)
8. Can admin view/ edit registration entries?
9. Can it handle group entries? A secretary will capture delegates which has similar info.
10. Can registrant be assigned/ sent a registration number?

Do you mean same email for a customer? Yes. An email address can be used for multiple registrations.
2. Will the account (profile) creation happen on event registration, or separately?
This will be separately.

Yes.
4. Can the user edit his basic profile, as well as detail captured on registration (i.e. Book-in dates)
Yes. You can allow users to edit their registration details.
You will need to have a member plugin that allows them to edit their profiles. For instance, s2member or MemberPress.
5. Can registrant and admin be notified when and which fields are updated.
This is not a function of Event Espresso.
6. Form fields – can fields become compulsory on option selection? (i.e. Credit card details when selecting Accommodation)
It is not recommend to collect sensitive information like credit card information with the custom forms. But to answer your question, you can require that certain questions be answered. However, we do not have conditional question functionality.
7. Reporting/ exporting of event registrations for office use (i.e. no difficult to read csv files)
Our reports are CSV reports that can easily be opened in Excel (or other spreadsheet software.
8. Can admin view/ edit registration entries?
Yes.
9. Can it handle group entries? A secretary will capture delegates which has similar info.
Yes.
10. Can registrant be assigned/ sent a registration number?
Yes. Each registration is assigned a unique registration number.
