Hello,
We have our event set to not approved as a default because we want to approve all of our registrants. However, we have a list of 100 people that we want to pre-approve for the event. How can we best set this up?

Hi Wendy, the pre-approval option (not approved) is a default registration status that is set on a per-event basis via the event editor.
You could duplicate the event and then update the title to remove the reference to duplicate, then adjust the default registration status, and password protect the event (optional).
Then you could send this link to your registrants and they’ll be able to register and pay (if needed) for their registrations.
